He says that the benefits of this surely outweigh any rising of sea levels, because that only affects places on the coast, whereas if it gets warmer, people all across the country will benefit. This is a great argument, because only a very small population of America lives on the coasts, and very few of the most important financial and political centers are there. This should be fine.
