Today marks the 20th anniversary of World AIDS Day, a series of events dedicated to raising awareness of this global epidemic.

The concept of a global epidemic—and one without a cure—is pretty tough to wrap one’s head around. But the World AIDS Campaign offers some simple ways that you can help.
Additionally, our friends over at YouthAIDS suggest three means of making a difference in the fight against this disease: “Get the facts. Get tested. Get Involved.”
