We were there last week for the historic structure’s extravagant birthday party, where thousands filled the main concourse to hear from the likes of Carolina Kennedy and Mayor Bloomberg. “It’s not easy to last 100 years in a city of constant change,” Bloomberg said, and he wasn’t exaggerating.
