2012 - 2013 Climate Counts Company Scorecard Demonstrates Businesses are Taking Climate Change Seriously
The Climate Counts Company Scorecard is an important metric for gauging how leading companies are responding to the challenges posed by climate change. This year, the average score for companies featured in the report jumped to 52.1 out of 100, a significant improvement over the average score of 30.6 in 2007. This result shows that leading companies are able to both mitigate their environmental impact while simultaneously growing their business. Unilever had the highest score this year: 91.
