21 Days of Being Grateful
I just watched this great TED talk. It's thirteen minutes and completely worth it.
Shawn challenges us to write down 3 things we are grateful for over 21 days, and because the brain is plastic the reward is rewiring your brain to think more positively, a function of success. I also love the idea of writing these down, it's committing them into the universe.
