A letter comes to life - everyone has a voice
When organizations take the time to listen (really listen), they're not only practicing good business, they're doing serious good for the community. This story is about how the U.S. Olympic Committee received and responded to a letter from a 7-year-old girl named Ruby.
Ruby's letter was a petition to add tetherball to the Olympics. While the USOC has no power to make this happen (sport inclusion is decided by the International Olympic Committee), they, in a sense, made Ruby's dream come true.
