A New Prison Program Has Felons Breeding Frogs For Freedom

We all know about the tremendous financial, ethical, and sustainability issues surrounding the American Penitentiary System. Well, the Cedar Creek Corrections Center in Oregon is a bit different. A new biology driven frog program is one of several tactics the correctional center is making towards a truly sustainable model of social (and environmental) rehabilitation.
