A New Species of Monkey Discovered in Africa...and IMHO, He Looks Like Harry Potter's "Dobby"

For the second time in 28 years, a new species of monkey was discovered in Africa. This new species, Cercopithecus lomamiensis, is differentiated from other monkeys by their "bigger canines and bright blue skin covering the scrotum, buttocks and perineum – the area between the pubic arch and the anus." Also, they're adorable, and in the opinion of this blogger, they look like Harry Potter's "Dobby." A free elf! (See article for photos.)
