A Skydive From 120,000 Feet Requires the World’s Biggest Balloon

Former military parachutist Felix Baumgartner is attempting a record-setting skydive from 120,000 feet, and in order to do it he'll need a gigantic helium balloon: nearly 2 tons & taller than the Statue of Liberty. If the jump succeeds, he'll claim records for the highest manned balloon flight, longest free fall by a skydiver, and possibly become the first person to exceed the speed of sound in free fall (at 700 mph!)
