BIG: LAUSD Introducing "Arts at the Core" Resolution on Oct 9

On October 9, the Los Angeles Unified School District board member Nury Martinez is scheduled introduce a resolution to place the arts at the core of student learning to emphasize twenty-first century workforce skill development.

Called "Educational Equity, Student Achievement, & Mastery of 21st Century Skills through Arts at the Core," the resolution will ensure all students throughout LAUSD have access to a balanced curriculum designed to prepare them for the 21st century.
