Bottled Water Ban Just Took Effect in Concord, Mass

After three years of effort by activists, bottled water is now illegal to sell in Concord, Massachusetts. (That doesn't mean plastic bottles are going away there entirely...for now, the ban only applies to bottles 1 liter or less, and doesn't apply to soda or sparkling water).
