Can We Really Create Geniuses?

Much of the coverage of teenage math and science prodigy Jack Andraka, has "focused on how everyone can be like Jack or how other parents can learn from Jack’s parents on how to raise another genius." But here's the other side of the coin--what if you can't actually create geniuses?
