Caplan, M+R, Porter Novelli Win First O’Dwyer Awards

In 2006, O'Dwyer's PR Report honored Caplan Communications with the publication's first "O'Dwyer's Award for Public Communications Excellence"in the environmental/public affairs category for orchestrating a proactive campaign that effectively prevented the Environmental Protection Agency from relaxing safeguards that prohibited the dumping of largely untreated sewage into America's rivers, streams and lakes.
