Democrats Propose a Constitutional Amendment to Reverse Citizens United

The Citizens United case outraged many people, and there's been talk of a constitutional amendment to reverse the case. Think it's unlikely to happen? Maybe...but we may at least need a convention to raise the question and signal to Congress that the political process is corrupt and needs to be fixed.
