Despite being one of the hardest hit economies in the United States, Detroit still hosts one of the largest densities an diversities of houses of worship in any urban area.

There are so many of them, no one really knows how many.

We are inviting the public to inventory the City of Detroit and photograph every house of worship in the City. All framed from the same angle. All showing the commonalities in the vast sea of differences. All to be showcased together in a massive photobook and mural.
