First No-Kill Animal Shelter in Idaho

Sun Valley, Idaho may be most well known for its ski resort, but it's a community that has always been on the bleeding edge of all things wonderful and do-good-y, and the Wood River Animal Shelter is one of the oldest, best instances of that commitment. Many of my furry friends have started out there (Whiskey and Coco, holla!) and ended up with human friends who live in the area. It's one of those places where they work harder than any of us for thanks that largely consists of licks and purring; perhaps best rewards of all.
