One way to get the voice of the gay,bi, and lesbian people out is by proving to the state of California,amongst other states against same sex marriage, how UNCONSTITUTIONAL it is to ban someone of ANY of their rights listed in the CONSTITUTION.Also letting the state see how discriminatory it is towards a group of people just because of their sexual preference.I personally agree with the term"gay is the new black."..it's like gay,bi,and lesbian people are slaves to their first amendment rights.I think surveying gays,bis,and lesbians and asking how that them not being able to get married affects their happiness.For the people who disagree with same sex marriage,who feel that it will contaminate the minds of the youth and its immoral..ask them which is worse...a child of a married mother whose step father rapes her everyday or a child who is exposed to something(gay,bi,and lesbian relationships)that they will eventually be exposed to one way or another.ALSO point out this dicrimination towards the gay,bi,and lesbian people is a HATE CRIME because it's actually HATRED rather than a difference in opinion.
