Get up-to-the-minute (literally!) weather

Nooly, a new weather app that knows the current and upcoming conditions on a truly micro level: your exact location, down to the minute. Nooly uses a forecasting model that combines current conditions with common trends to predict the future in 5-min increments. Personally, I think this is just a forecast (haha) of the new apps to come out over the next year. Us innovators must reevaluate old creations and reinvent the wheel to create an easier, more efficient technologies.
