God Loves Uganda: It is Easy to Corrupt an Entire Nation

Each morning at about 4am the church next to our house in a slum outside of Kampala started praying. Loudly. It was so surprising (read: scary) to me how rampant evangelical Christianity seemed to be.

American missionaries have brought evangelical Christianity to Uganda and it has spread like wildfire. This documentary follows evangelical leaders as they attempt the radical task of eliminating “sexual sin” and converting Ugandans to fundamentalist Christianity.
