GOOD Maker Challenge: We're Rewarding Great Customer Service with $10,000

Some of the greatest small businesses in our communities focus not just on inventive products or making a profit, but ensuring that their customers are happy. However, finding just the right balance of service that delights and surprises customers is key. GOOD and UPS are looking for innovative and memorable ways that small business owners like you are saying thanks to customers, or simply serving customers in the best way possible.
Together with UPS, we are excited to announce our third challenge within the Small Business Collaborative, the Happy Side of Business. The challenge invites small business owners to tell us about their innovative customer service programs. (If you're not a small business owner yourself but know ones who offer outstanding customer service, share this link and tell them to enter today). The winning business will win advice from business experts in its industry, and $10,000 to keep paying it forward to customers.
Through this program we hope to inspire companies to take customer service to new heights, while showcasing one small business who is going above and beyond to ensure the happiness of its customers.
Submit your small business to the Happy Side of Business challenge between June 17 and July 22, noon Pacific Time, for your chance at $10,000 and advice on your customer service strategy. The chosen company will be selected based on its ability to support the needs of customers in meaningful and innovative ways. The business will also win a feature on GOOD to inspire other companies through its successes and challenges.
