GOOD Video: Meet Sujatha, Garment Worker and Community Leader [SPONSORED]

This is the first of a four-part series brought to you by Gap, exploring the Gap Inc. P.A.C.E. program and its impact on female garment workers.

One of the world's largest employers of low-skilled women workers is the garment industry, yet many of these workers do not have opportunities to advance into managerial roles. Sujatha is one example of a female garment worker in India who has become a leader not only in her workplace, but also in her family and community.

Through her participation in the Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement program (P.A.C.E.), created by global apparel company Gap Inc., Sujatha has become a better communicator, problem-solver, and decision-maker. Watch the video to learn more about how P.A.C.E.'s life skills education and technical training help women like Sujatha develop a sense of self-esteem and confidence that can inspire others in their communities.
