There's no shortage of literature and research proclaiming sedentary seated lives as detrimental to our health. Between atrophy, tight hip flexors and hamstrings, back pain and poor posture, sitting around all the time is just stale for those of us looking for inspiration and rejuvenation. Sure, standing in one place isn't the end-all solution, but it can be a start. So stand tall, be productive, and from time to time, take a stroll, stretch that body.
