Help Build Our Sustainable Community Garden in a USDA-Designated Food Desert

McDonough Community Garden is an 8500 square foot learning lab for urban agriculture and phase one of our greater effort of developing community market gardens in food deserts throughout the city of Richmond, Virginia. Richmond has a 25% poverty rate and 12 food desert census tracts in a 60 square mile radius. We will hope to dismantling the negative impacts of food insecurity and you can help today!
