Help us build the first text messaging service for LGBTQ and allied youth

One of the primary goals of The Trevor Project is to ensure youth can reach us 24/7. Today, teens and young adults are calling less and texting more, sending an average of 138 text messages a day (source: onlineschools.com). In response, The Trevor Project is launching a new service this spring called TrevorText. For the first time, LGBTQ youth will be able to text with one of our trained counselors from any cell phone with text messaging functionality. But we need your help to make it happen.
