In Alzheimer's Disease, Maintaining Connection and 'Saving Face'

We tend to gloss over Alzheimer's Disease as an "elderly" problem, one in which a small part of the population only need concern themselves. And while age is a risk factor, Alzheimer's Disease not only affects families and caregivers (therefore a diverse age demographic) but also the social sphere in economical and personal human values.
