As President Obama's second term approaches, many speculate that Michele Flournoy will be appointed as Secretary of Defense, making her the first woman to hold the title. Flournoy has degrees from Oxford and Harvard, worked in the Pentagon during the Clinton administration, and co-founded the Center for a New American Security.
