Is Barack Obama Replacing Arne Duncan?

It's unlikely that Arne Duncan's going anywhere but that isn't stopping POLITICO from speculating about who might replace him as Secretary of Education. We have a feeling that replacing Duncan with Michelle Rhee, as POLITICO suggests could happen, is a serious non-starter. But now that Obama has teachers' votes, what could they possibly do about it if this did happen?
