Jeff Sachs' pens a scathing review of the US government (inclusive of the President), and budgeting process.

The point that sticks out to me is the lack of a cohesive long term plan when we're talking about such a big and powerful operation. Really frustrating thinking about how much is wasted when things are executed like this. What would a business look like if it showed these characteristics?
