Katie Couric was Bulimic, but Help from a Therapist Aided Her Recovery

Demi Lovato has received a lot of attention recently for her struggles with eating disorders and has been quite vocal recently, acting as a spokeswoman for eating disorders. Showing solidarity with the singer, Katie Couric revealed that she struggled with bulimia between the ages of 18 and 24 while she was at the University of Virginia and just as she was embarking on her career as a television journalist.
