LA River to Provide Open Space in Urban L.A.

"Save LA River Open Space" is committed to preserving this as an open space next to the Los Angeles River at 4141 Whitsett Avenue in Studio City.

Goals:

-Preserve public open space
-Unique L.A. Riverfront site
-Treat polluted water runoff from surrounding areas sending clean water into the L.A.River
-Protect historical recreational uses including golf and tennis
Pedestrian and bike trails leading to regional bicycle paths and local businesses
