Learning English for a non - English speaker

Currently, I'm on an exchange program in Toronto, studying communications at York University. I have written a feature article on the experience of an ESL (English as Second Language) student in an English speaking country. My interviewee is a Chinese exchange student and the article deals with the rising importance of the English language in an increasingly globalized world, supplemented by interviews with an English language facilitator at York University and Bollywood film maker Gauri Shinde.
