Less is More: Enterprising and Creative Talent in Under-Developed Countries.

I work with 1000s of students each year and as a general rule of thumb, there's an abundance of creative talent in the young generation, wherever they may be. A hot topic in the UK at the moment is whether or not the current model of schooling hinders this talent. Working within the European education system as well as a developing one in East Africa, there are obvious similarities in how children learn but not in how they apply it. I believe that creativity is enhanced the less you have.
