Where While you are "out in life"
I know we keep hearing about how so many people are glued to their mobile devices. This past week while on a press tour in SF with one of my clients I was so saddened to see how many people of all ages had their heads down while walking through the streets. No smiles came my way. No hellos. It made me sad. I tried talking to a few folks at times and they just seemed to have no time to even listen. They would look away or their minds seemed elsewhere. I have said many times that life is about relationship and connection. We learn from one another on so many levels - emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. And we need to mirror one another in a hard wired way to see how beautiful we are. So next time you are in your car or taking a stroll through your neighborhood, try to put that phone away so you are in the NOW with those around you. And nature will be happy to see that you are "with it" as well. Don't lose connection with life. Try to connect to gain and give.
