Major issues the presidential candidates are ignoring

A good list: mass incarceration and the drug war, the housing market, India-Pakistan relations, over-fishing, global disease and malnutrition, internet privacy, the national security state and American shadow wars, factory farming, the civil war in Congo, segregation in education.
