Making Vegan a New Normal

In LA you can find a vegan (or at least vegetarian) option at almost any restaurant. Is this the way of the future? The "new fountain of youth?"
I was vegan for a solid 3 months about 6 years ago-- and my one complaint was that it was hard to go out to eat. Glad to see that's changing!
