Mini-Project: GOOD Readers Tweet Us Their Vegetarian Lunch

Things are easier said than done, or so the old adage goes, and we couldn't agree more. That's why we do The GOOD 30-Day Challenge (#30DaysofGOOD), a monthly attempt to live better. Our challenge for June? Go vegetarian. 

For this mini-Project, we asked you to send us snapshots of your vegetarian or vegan lunch as part of our #30DaysofGOOD Challenege. We received variety of awesomely colorful submissions. Thanks to everyone who participated.

Our readers sent us everything from a bean and beet burger to malai kofta (the vegetarian alternative to meatballs). Our assessment: GOOD readers are doing an incredible job with the #30DaysofGOOD Challenge so far. Keep up the good work, friends.
