Norway's Controversial Prison Experiment

The prison system, worldwide, needs to be reformed. The reoccurring inmate statistic is unacceptable. We need to go back to the drawing board. In NY, I've noticed the issue of felons (who are released back into society), are more or less, left to fend for themselves. Psychologically treated like a piece of garbage, thrown to the side, how does one expect them to learn how to be a responsible citizen of their country and world. Perhaps they need better rehabilitation? What do you think?
