NYC Chooses Winner of Tiny Apartment Competition

New York will be building 55 new tiny apartments, each between 250 and 370 square feet, using the winning design from the adAPT NYC competition. Each apartment has a balcony and 10-foot high ceilings. 40 percent of the building will be low-income housing.
