Painted pigeons in Venice Italy
As part of the Venice Biennale contemporary art festival, artists Julian Charrière and Julius von Bismarck decided to make a unique piece of art using real birds. The swarm of pigeons in Venice, Italy, are an attraction for tourists, but annoying and tiresome for the locals. The artists transformed these dull, gray, ‘flying rats’ into colorful flying art pieces with a bit of spray paint.
