Does your work make it challenging to prioritize your wellness? What would it look like to really take care of yourself? How can your work culture better support your wellness? Healing for Social Change is a workshop series that will guide you through reflection on work-life balance, equip you with strategies and practices to achieve it, while also creating networks of support. The series is comprised of seven sessions held in May, June, and August 2013, including one weekend-long retreat to be held June 28-30.
