People Are Awesome: This Guy Returned a lost iPad, $13,000 Cash, and then His Reward
So Patrick Morgan, janitor at Ft. Lauderdale airport, finds an iPad, sees there's thousands in cash stashed in its case, and turns it in to the authorities. The grateful owner offers Morgan $60 as a reward. He turns around and splits that up between a homeless woman and a struggling co-worker. The airport rewards him with a plaque and the equivalent of a week's paid vacation. Finally, Morgan accepts. Enjoy the beach, Patrick. You deserve it.
