Petition the U.S. Department of Transportation To Adopt The Netherlands' Green Highway Technology

The Netherlands is installing a futuristic highway in mid-2013 that will improve road safety and save energy, complete with glow-in-the-dark markings, temperature-responsive paint, and interactive lights. The U.S. should adopt the technology. Watch the video:
