A few years ago, after some phenomenally shameful Public Relations Blunders made by some major Companies, I was reading about how there had been no real guidelines for PR Practitioners to handle crisis management with transparency. Thus was born the idea that was floated by Practitioners far more experienced then myself to collaborate on creating a set of Guidelines to help PR people conduct themselves with ethics.   http://protsblog.blogspot.com/I hope that someday some people who also are concerned with ethics within Public and Private Communications come forward and start to create a framework for people to guide themselves by.
