Last July, Assemblyman Mike Duvall was caught on video bragging into a hot mic about his sexcapades with lobbyists. The video is all over the place this morning.The married with children Orange County Republican decided to recount some steamy stories to a colleague sitting next to him. He was recorded boasting about his mistresses, their 19 year age difference, and vividly describing lewd details about his trysts.
