Formerly a long-term parking garage for downtown residents, this simple structure on Broadway has become an artist's dream - open 6 days a week for artists to create and 24/7 for the public to enjoy, the Garages act as an urban outlet which seeks to redefine an art which is frequently dismissed as delinquent vandalism.
