He's a smart guy. In this he talks about the need for countries to navigate their own path to democracy, and only then can unity between democracies thrive. I think this is interesting as we gauge the willingness of the west to get involved in the fight against insurgents in N. Africa - especially as they move further south and away from internationally critical oilfields.
