Rethinking Sleep
With the exception of Google's offices, napping is not only acceptable but encouraged in many work environments outside the United States. Across Europe, in China, India and other nations, professionals and workers regularly take a snooze and then get back to the grind, refreshed--while we keep focused on the elusive 8-hour sleep cycle. With a good chunk of Americans claiming they do not get more than 6 hours, it's time to rethink how and when we sleep, as this article suggests. Do you powernap?
