Russian army smuggles U.S. electronics to make weapons

Russia can't make some advanced military technology, so it steals from the US. But its spies aren't very good at covering their tracks:

"One document used by the Russians made mention of 'fishing / anti-submarine boats.' You know, for those times when you can’t decide between reeling in a blue-fin tuna and a blowing up a nuclear sub."
