Here is a simple health-friendly dish I made ... Fat and Carb reduced ... you can save up 150 calories per serving with the same great taste guaranteed !!!
Here is the recipe of " Salmon Cream Stew with Broctato Mashed " for 2 servings
Broctato is the very same with potato mashed, just replace half of potato with Broccoli puree [ put boiled broccoli and 1/4 cup of skim milk in food processor ]
Here, you keeps around half of carb away ... plus a gaining of protein, calcium, vit K, folate and potassium from broccoli :D

The same recipe with pink sauce (cream+ketchup), but here again, you replace half portion of cream with skim milk.
