You can learn to meditate and dive within on your own, but learning from a qualified teacher can short cut the process a lot (think learning the violin). In the meanwhile, set aside 10 to 20 minutes twice a day EVERY DAY for your personal "quiet time" to reset and recharge mind, body, and soul.
